I’m Eric, a dedicated health and wellness coach passionate about helping individuals achieve their health goals. My journey in health and wellness began with my personal experiences, where I discovered the transformative power of lifestyle changes.

I am a health and wellness coach certified by the Mayo Clinic and working towards board certification with the National Board of Health and Wellness Coaches (NBHWC).

My journey led me to realize how lifestyle can serve as medicine. 

IT ALL STARTED WHEN…

A few years ago, I was experiencing high cholesterol, borderline blood pressure, and heightened stress. I was concerned and felt awakened to the challenge. Determined to improve my health, I modified my diet, routines, and habits related to sleep and stress. I incorporated weight training, started a garden, and increased my intake of organic fruits and vegetables. 

Additionally, I established a morning ritual that includes meditation and journaling, which I complement with honest weekly planning and assessments to refine my approach. I also greatly reduced my alcohol intake to mitigate inflammation, anxiety, and stress through personalized habits that work for me. I moved from concerned to in control, and that felt incredible. It didn’t all happen at once though. It took time, resilience, baby steps, and an increasing commitment over time.

I became a health coach because I understand that long-term success relies on personal motivation and the help of others. As I often say, “I believe in empowering my clients to discover their own path to health.” My goal is to share what I’ve learned and help you tap into your motivation to support meaningful behavior change.
